Been training with Emma for four weeks and we started at just 2 push ups on her knees.

I look happy here, but I was very frustrated with my training, my eating and results.

'Do I put on size and lose my abs' or 'do I keep choosing healthier lower calorie options.'

For years this kept me super skinny and frustrated feeling small.

I literally was my own worst enemy by not taking action and sticking to a decision which would help me in the long run.

I stuck with trying different workouts every week, diet protein (disgusting) no one should ever have that to stop any potential fat.

Looking in the mirror and still not happy with how I looked.

Looked like Mr burns with hair.

Decisions were made, actions were taken and I am in such a better place for it.
