Unified Strength Gym has the full suite of competition spec powerlifting kit including over 10 different types of specialist barbell covering all competition spec bars required for the IPF, BPU, ABPU, BDFPA, and GPC powerlifting federations. We have over 780kg of calibrated plates, four competition style combo racks and deadlift platforms to name a few pieces of kit. We have all the dumbbells, racks and machines you’d expect to find (check out our gallery of photos on our website) plus a few other unusual pieces you may not be so familiar with! Ever tried a duck walk or a reverse hyper? Or used Atlas Stones before? Everything in our gym is there for you to use, and comes with the support and training as needed by our staff. Whether you’re a seasoned bodybuilder; a powerlifter looking to improve your total, or whether you’re looking to start from scratch, we can suggest or tailor a programme just for you.
