To many people concentrate on the weight they are lifting, not how the are executing the movements.
A que I use for majority of my clients is to push the weights away from the body whilst lateral raise movements.
The rear DELT itself is a tiny muscle inwhich many bring in there traps and rhomboids, restricting the range of movement I find prevents this from happening.

ONLINE CLIENT!!
When your online client send you a post workout pump pic, I’ll say his looking bloody good considering NO GYM,
his been putting in that work and it is paying off massively, dropped calories to tidy the hard work up ready to gain lean mass when gyms open again!!

MENTAL HEALTH
Today I woke up after a long sleep, and after having breakfast I went straight back to sleep.
This may sound like nothing but for me it’s a realisation that my mental health has declined, I made myself get up, wash and go food shopping, after that I didn’t want to do anything but I left my phone in the car as to make sure I’d go back out to it, from there I drove to Southend and completed a 10km walk.
This has made me feel better but have to ring doctor’s to up my dose of tablets.
Have to recognise the tell tell signs and put things in place to make yourself do stuff or you end up in a real hole and unable to get out of it..
I’ve already booked a walk with a friend tomorrow as to make sure I do something.
Anyone needs a chat or feel themselves slipping give me a shout and we can work out of it together!!

7 week transformation - no weights, just bands and cardio..
with the gyms closing it was time to make a decision with my client as we decided to work on fitness and weight loss.
7 weeks later and 8kg down we are bang on target for when the gym re-open. Two more weeks of a deficit before we move to maintenance calories.
When you have the right mindset it proves you can achieve your goals. We haven’t changed the end goal just had to change the path we was taking.

Why duck eggs?
In duck eggs you get more anti-oxidants, more omega 3 and more vitamin A. Not to mention more protein per serving.

Something I have come to realise is essential for every form of fitness or lifting is your core strength.
Pilates is something I have taken up as and when back allows atm.
Guys and girls go follow my friends as she is amazing at what she does and also free classes!!
