You know you’ve got the best bunch of bootcampers when you put them through hell once a week and they still get you a Christmas/thank you present 😂😊🎁
Final Bootcamp before Christmas! Obviously there had to be Santa hats and chocolate provided 🎅🏼🍫
Today’s back and abs workout with Damian Rees 🕺🏼 we did:
❄️Straight arm pulldowns
❄️Lat pulldowns
❄️Chest supported rows
❄️Plank alternating rows
❄️Ab rollouts
❄️Oblique dips
❄️Ab tucks around an object
❄️(Half) around the worlds (over object)
❄️Scissor leg raises
❄️Ball crunches
❄️Assisted leg raises
❄️Plank to failure (as in not even a minute kind of failure 😂)
Daisy’s kettlebell only leg workout earlier! Daisy’s strength has just shot up since we’ve experimented with heavier weights for less reps, nearly time to up the weights again 💪🏼 she’s getting more and more defined as the weeks go on, and says she’s ‘found a new muscle popping out’ pretty much every session 😂 Keep it going Daisy, this is the definition of ‘summer bodies are made in the winter’ ❄️💪🏼🍑💦 at Xtreme Gym

Always having fun whilst we train
At home leg hiit session 😎 only one kettlebell needed!
❄️ Curtsey lunge into squat
❄️ Single leg glute bridges
❄️ Kettlebell jump squats
❄️ Jump lunges (the coordination needed for this is just silly 🙈)
❄️ Glute bridges
❄️ KB Romanian deadlifts
❄️ Pulse squats with a jump
❄️ Kettlebell swings
❄️ Ice skaters
All exercises x 20 reps, 3 rounds of the whole lot 💪🏼

⭐️ Dumbbell shoulder press
⭐️ Plate front raises
⭐️ Dumbbell lateral raises
⭐️ Cable facepulls
⭐️ Cable rope overhead pullovers
⭐️ Dumbbell tricep kickbacks
⭐️ Tricep dips
Aaand voila! In and out of the gym in 45 mins, no excuse not to get it done!🕺🏼

Rolled out of bed (as you can probably tell) straight into an at home HIIT workout! Wasn’t feeling the gym yesterday but fancied doing a workout, so this was the answer ✔️
⭐️ The workout was 3 rounds of 45 seconds work / 20 seconds rest consisting of:
⭐️Burpees
⭐️Push ups
⭐️Jump squats
⭐️Oblique dips
⭐️Kettlebell swings
⭐️Up & down plank
⭐️Kettlebell rows
⭐️Kettlebell swing into press
💀 This is completely different to my usual workouts so it absolutely killed me 😂, felt amazing after though!
