my client simply trains 3 times a week, which is a mixture of gym and home workouts, she has a step goal, she eats in a calorie deficit but has still enjoyed social plans including eating and drinking out and she has trusted the process!

❤️🔥reasons to weight train❤️🔥
▫️ lifting increases your metabolism. the more muscle mass you have, your body will be burning more calories at rest. Having an increased metabolism makes it easier to maintain or lose body weight.
▫️exercise in general improves your mood and makes you feel good. you body releases endorphins when you exercises which can reduce stress & anxiety
▫️lifting weights aids in fat loss but also changes the shape of your body completely! also giving you that overall toned/strong physique
▫️over time, together with consistency you will become stronger. gradually upping those weights (2.5s will be ur bestie😋)
▫️confidence 🤩 this is one that I find from all my clients, they come to me with almost 0 confidence, then I watch them progress and seeing their confidence grow is absolutely amazing 🥰

all done in 8 weeks! 🤩
my client came to me having already started his journey but wanted to gain more knowledge and have a structured plan to follow to enable him to make some serious progress and reach his goals.
in 8 weeks we have already dropped in weight, gained strength, hit some crazy PBs, all whilst building healthy habits and creating a healthier & happier lifestyle!
