One of the hardest parts of goalkeeping is making a save and getting up immediately to move and set for a second save…

Even the most agile keepers have to consistently work on this as it’s an absolute must when making a first save that then requires a second action and even a 3rd.

We had 8 actions in this drill which is unrealistic as you would rarely see a keeper having to make 8 saves in a row and if they did have to do this defence need shooting lol.

gk delivered on this set and the consistency he showed even when the exhaustion sets in was very impressive.

Train hard… play easy… cliche, but also factual.

This little geezer has been attending our Writtle Minors group session for some time now, but recently started attending weekly 1:1’s at our HQ, and the progression we have seen has been nothing short of unbelievable!
