We run a number of teams based in both Essex and London:

Sparklers ( Minis, youth, Juniors and Seniors) programe that promotes fun and fitness to children. it is a mixture of dance, stunting, gymnastics, co-ordinatiion , making friends and having fun at the same time. we also offer a recreational tumble class on Friday evenings

Our adult teams are Based in East London ( whitechapel)
