I am a British wheel of yoga trained teacher of over 10 years.. I have noticed over the years how many people suffer from back pain.. from a slight ni**le to an excruciating pain. I have used yoga to help my back and I know many others are turning from pain killers to pain management. I have recently gained a qualification to teach ‘Yoga for Healthy Low Backs’ and I am offering a new class to integrate my new knowledge with my own style of Hatha yoga. I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and am qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga.
