Pre/Post Training Flourless Pancakes

A quick, easy, high protein recipe to try today, or any day for that matter, so share with your

Ingredients : 2 large free range eggs
1 banana, mashed
1 - 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Whisk eggs & stir in the banana 'til smooth. Heat oil in a frying pan, add small dollops of mixture, cook for approx 2 mins each side, flip carefully as they are more fragile than normal pancakes. Enjoy! (add yogurt and/or berries to your bowl for extra boost if needed)
