Hi guys just to say sorry Iโ€™ve been quite on here Iโ€™ve been busy working at my other job ( working at the hospital ) I know itโ€™s frustrating not being able to go to the gym to workout ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ and I know how easy itโ€™s been this lockdown to eat what u want ( me included in this ) Iโ€™m now doing pt sessions in the park ( social distancing ) for more info please get in touch xx itโ€™s never to late to start to look after yourself mind body and soul xx

Who said cardio and fitness has to be gym based grab a friend or partner and go walking set little goals I.e to beat a time or distance itโ€™s great for talking ( keep phones in pockets ) and in this weather it certainly blew the cob webs away plus itโ€™s free ๐Ÿ˜

Right guys a longish post youโ€™ve been warned lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
Who am I and why I got into fitness
My name is Sue Iโ€™m a mum of 3 children ( adults now ) and a nan to 3 grandsons I got into fitness after I become poorly with bad asthma and was hospitalised i gave up smoking and used my savings from giving up to pay for a personal trainer to keep me on track to a fitter and healthier lifestyle
After a few set backs with health I had gain some weight and lost confidence and sort help from a different style of personal trainer ( yes we are all different ) thatโ€™s when my love of weight training really began I lost weight gained muscle and toned up and most importantly I gain confidence in the gym and in my own personal life so much so I went and qualified as a personal trainer to be able to help out and share my knowledge and experience to someone else who may want to be fitter, healthier or just to build confidence whether thatโ€™s in the gym or in life ๐Ÿ˜Š
