Show season done ✅
Finally you can all rest from seeing my countless amounts of naked check in photos 😅
Moving on, I took 3rd again yesterday (gutted it wasn’t 1st or 2nd haha)
But walking into the week off the back of the previous not being happy with what I displayed…this weekend was about showing my best ever package.
Which we did EXACTLY that.
Joe peaked me perfectly and I’m incredibly grateful to have him, his been like a brother in the last 5 months and I truly thank him for his coaching & support ❤️
I feel like this show season has given me complete clarity on what areas I want to improve…
More arms & delts ✅
Thicker denser chest ✅
MUCH more abs & details within my abs✅
Better posing & shoulder mobility✅
5-7kg more muscle for the next showings.✅
We finish the season with 4th, 3rd, 3rd.
I’m not good enough yet but trust me when I say I will be good enough.
I’ll use these experiences to grow and get better and hopefully document it along the way so it can show you guys that improving each year is progress.
It goes without saying that I truly couldn’t of done without my amazing support network (you know who you are) my amazing clients, incredible fiance and all of you guys even just showing support during this prep means the world.
For now I’m gonna chill today and back to the grind tomorrow for the next goal 🎯🚀

First show of the season ✅
So the season started for me today on a kinda low key basis with just me and el sharing a moment we’ve both worked so hard for…together ❤️
I took 3rd place today which is progress for me and if I’m brutally honest I’m incredibly happy with my look…albeit I wanted 1st place 🏆
The way I was peaked was incredible, I felt big, full, confident and I felt like I genuinely improved across all areas.
It felt amazing to get back under the lights and show off the hard work of this prep so far.
Of course the competitive side of me wanted more and I thought I had more as I was placed centre stage for most of the category.
Well done to the guys who beat me. They looked spot on 👏🏻
Goes without saying a huge thanks to my coach who has been absolutely spot on with looking after me and coaching me into this so well.
Special thanks to my better half who supports me, pushes me and genuinely has brought the best out of me.
Love to everyone for following this journey and supporting me.

6 months graduation 👩🎓
6kg up in 6 months 😇
Kat came to me 6 months ago wanting to make some clear changes and had a really clear vision as to what her goals were.
Build muscle ✅
Gain weight in a safe way ✅
Improve relationship with food ✅
Feel like a strong bad arse women ✅
All have been achieved within 6 months.
The pictures reflect what an incredible journey we’ve had.
Like I mentioned on my story earlier this week, I certainly have no shame in saying people that leave my coaching service…..but when it’s for the reason of achieving their dream goals.
I’ve given her the tools to go away with for life and get better & better.
Kat has been a dream client in listening to me, trusting me with her calories & macros….
Trusting me as a coach is vital when dealing with training & nutrition otherwise you’ll spend the process just double guessing everything instead of going ALL in.
Kat went all in.
Kat got insane results.

It’s going to be HARD.
But it’ll be seriously worth it…
It’s hard to get lean if you don’t prioritise it.
It’s hard to gain muscle if you’re not consistent.
It’s hard to balance social events if you party hard every week.
But I guarantee something else that’s harder…
Being fat..
Being unhappy in your skin..
Being self conscious….
Being in s**t shape and not trying to improve…
Being lazy…
Letting others dictate your happiness…
Not having confidence to go out..
It’s all hard.
Pick your hard wisely.

Getting stuck in a rut HAPPENS!
Over the last decade I can count over 10 times where I’ve felt “out of shape” or not in my best form.
That’s life & very common with EVERYONE.
For most it was around covid times, people just accepted the lose and thought “f**k it” and really struggled to get back into routine.
Sometimes it’ll be meeting someone new.
Sometimes it’ll be a new job taking over life.
Sometimes you just can’t be bothered to train.
Sometimes it can be lack of accountability.
Point is, you’re gonna have times where you’re loving the gym and in amazing shape.
And you’ll have times where you’re hating it and hating on yourself.
It’s normal….most people aren’t in shape ever let alone at certain points in their lives.
But it’s how you react and what you’re going to do rectify the feeling of “disgust” haha
Hire a coach?
Join a new gym?
Buy some new gym outfits?
Book a holiday?
Create an environment that allows you to get back on track and start feeling amazing again.
After all life is too short to feel like a bag of yoghurt.
