Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre is a major sporting venue with first class indoor and outdoor athletics facilities. It provides significant opportunities for elite athletes as well as the local community. We offer a great range of facilities and activities for all ages and abilities. As well as our outstanding athletics facilities we also have a fully equipped fitness suite, designated free weights area, wide range of exercise classes and a multi functional sports hall.

It's Mental Health Awareness Week!

This year's theme is ACTION, so here are 3 actions to help support good mental health!💜

Tip #1 - Plan something to look forward to📆

Making plans to do things we enjoy can increase positivity. It could be a fun workout with a friend or a coffee to have a quiet moment by yourself

Tip #2 - Make time for friends👭

Building relationships and spending time with friends can give you emotional support, but its also a great reason to have a catch up!

Tip #3 - Move regularly🏃

Getting active can improve your mood and relieve stress. It doesn't have to be an intense HIIT class! Even a short walk can help support good mental health!
