This summer break, we have decided to run a limited number of 4-day intensive swimming crash courses at our pool in Dunmow.

The courses will run from Tuesday 23rd to Friday 26th August.
The courses will consist of four consecutive 45 min classes.

This will be an intensive course designed to get the most out of your child and rapidly progress their swimming ability. Detailed stroke analysis will be used to determine your child's current ability. This information will then be used to form the basis for your child's individual training plan over the 4-day course. These will be group classes, but individual progression and support will be used to tailor the course to your child's needs.
Classes will be at a 1:4 ratio with a maximum of 8 children in a class.

Sea Turtle classes will focus on back and front swimming whilst working on the skills needed to progress into a Sea Lion.

Sea Lion classes will work on front swimming, back swimming, and breaststroke. We will also be looking at required skills and competition starts and turns in preparation of Dolphin classes.

These classes are for 45 mins and will run consecutively over the 4-days.
This course is priced at ยฃ120.

8:00 am - Sea Turtle (younger beginners)
8:45 am - Sea Turtle
9:30 am - Sea Lion
10:15 am - Sea Lion

Existing swimmers will receive priority bookings.
