Join us for a free 10 week course!

Each session includes yoga practice,
and group activities for managing
mental wellbeing, eg: creative activities,
cooking, journalling and more!

The course is suitable for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety and social isolation

Another week another class of something that means so much to me. Learn ways to help and improve technique by getting to in person classes, helping you to go further in your yoga journey. No matter your experience this is a class for all levels. Options available. If you are a beginner can take a few classes to get used to the positions and flowing.
