Its been a busy couple of weeks at club! The kids classes practicing for grading (with some big kicks!) and the adults ramping up as well. You might even spot a new game being trialled involving jumping over a moving belt! More fun to be had before Xmas - but even more to come next year!

No mats? No problems! Last week, Sensei Jack & Tamsin worked hard to keep the lesson running smoothly while waiting for the mats to arrive. Who knew how bad the traffic could be! Fingers crossed we're back to usual this week.

Warm-ups in club don't always have to be runs. Here's a creative use of some mats to form an assault course for our juniors.

GUARDS UP - this week the juniors were working on maintaining their defence whilst striking the pad, keeping an eye on the foam batons - a good strike is worthless if you can't block a strike in return!
