Here is a quick bit of advice for everyone on Facebook enjoying the sun
Sitting in the sun ☀️ does have benefits! Studies have shown that those who are deficient in vitamin D find it harder to lose weight.
If you find you are feeling fatigued a lot of the time and you are constantly tired. You may be deficient in vitamin D, magnesium found in most daily vitamins helps absorb vitamin D and can have surprising benefits!
