2 years. Same woman. Different story 💙
Nicki had tried routines before. Start strong, then life gets in the way. Like most people.

I’ve been running a women’s-only bootcamp for over 10 years, and I’ve heard every reason why someone thinks they “can’t” join.
Dodgy knees. Pelvic floor issues after kids. No time because of family. Haven’t exercised in years. Can’t do jumping. The list goes on.
And here’s the truth… none of it is unusual.
That’s actually most of the women who come through the door.
This isn’t a bootcamp for perfect bodies or perfect schedules. It’s for real women with real lives, real aches, and real responsibilities.
So we don’t do “all or nothing.” There’s no pressure to attend every session, no punishment for missing one, and no keeping up with anyone else.
You turn up when you can. You do what your body allows that day. We adapt everything—knees, pelvic floor, injuries, energy levels… all of it.
Sessions run Mon, Tue, Wed evenings and Saturday mornings.
The goal isn’t to break you. It’s to make life easier—stronger body, more energy, less pain doing everyday things.

Fat loss after 40 isn’t as simple as "eat less, move more" anymore. 🛑
If you feel like the old rules don't work, it’s because they don't. Your body has changed—stress hits a bit harder, sleep is hit-or-miss, and that "zip" you used to have feels harder to find.
So if it feels tougher now… that’s because it is. You aren't imagining it.
But that doesn’t mean you’re stuck. 🛡️
It just means your approach needs to catch up to where you are today. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing the right things for the body you have now:
✅ Focus on strength to keep your metabolism firing.
✅ Fuel properly (no more starving yourself).
✅ Lower the stress—your body can’t change if it's always on high alert.
✅ Train smarter, not longer.
This isn't about restriction or punishing yourself. It’s about becoming capable again. 🏋️♀️✨
When you stop fighting your body and start giving it what it actually needs, it starts responding again. I see it happen every week here in Chelmsford.
