We offer 2 Stretch & Strengthen classes every week for our dancers ! 💙💫

These classes are designed to help improve flexibility, build strength, prevent injuries, and support overall technique — because strong, flexible dancers perform with more confidence, control, and ease. Stretching is such an important part of dance training, helping with posture, mobility, balance, and recovery too! 🌟
