Couldn’t be anymore proud of how far my client has come both mentally and physically.
This work hasn’t been easy… but it hasn’t stopped her getting the results she’s wanted. We also haven’t gone on a crazy diet plan or I haven’t told her what to eat.
Small goals to adhere to = big results
All this is down to her hard work, consistent training and the mindset to better herself week in week out
It’s been a hell of a journey so far and this is just the beginning
This is just 1 year imagine where she will be in another year 👀💪🏻

Around 1 year of working together
The goal was to put on as much lean mass as possible

Client results in just 6 months
All if this has been during lockdown and 1 month of gyms being open
My client came to me wanting to look and feel better. She’s been struggling with structure and routine for a long time. So we started working on building good habits and structure into day to day life
From day 1 we slowly built step count up from as little to 2000 to now constantly hitting 10,000 plus
We kept food high as possible getting her to track daily and get used to tracking
She has been able to eat what she wanted throughout within moderation. But this has been a great 6 months so far and she barely feels like she’s dieting as she enjoys everything she eats. This is the key to keeping the fat off in the long run
Total lost so far:
Weight - 10kg
Chest - 16cm
Waist - 22cm
Hips - 24cm
Massive achievement so far and she will be well on her way to being in the best shape of her life the way she is going
