This amazing woman came to me having tried to lose weight and improve her health & lifestyle many times before but not being able to sustain it.

She’d never been to the gym but is now confidently weight training 3x a week💪🏼 Shes feeling more energised and much stronger mentally & physically.

-4-5 Weight Training Sessions a week🏋🏼‍♀️ (this client is an experienced lifter so followed her own training programme)
- Weekly Cardio Goal🏃🏼‍♀️
- Weekly Check Ins with me to keep her accountable🫡

This lovely lady 💕came to me asking me to coach her through a fat loss phase after being unwell for a while. She’d taken some time away focusing on her nutrition & training to prioritise her recovery. With her health in a much better place she was ready to knuckle down and feel more confident in her physique, with the a specific goal of getting back into her jeans👖which she could no longer wear.

Week on week, she ticked the boxes, stayed focused & motivated on the end goal and worked so hard to get there.

I gave her the nutrition & exercise goals to aim for, she then put them in place and executed them with my support and guidance which = RESULTS!!👏🏻

12 weeks of my client changing her lifestyle and this is her progress😍SO PROUD!

Eating 2000 calories a day
Weight Training 3 times a week
Has increased her protein intake
Hits a daily step goal of 10k

She hasn’t been perfect and some weeks have been better than others BUT she never gives up🥰

Believe it or not her scale weight is only down by about 1.5kg but as you can see shes lost inches.

I’ve had to give her head a wobble over focusing on the scale weight, a few times but shes trusted me & its paying off.

My lovely client has had covid, her hen weekend & other social occasions to navigate through these 8 weeks. She hasn’t been perfect but shes been CONSISTENT🙌🏻and this is why shes seen such AMAZING🤩 results.

Incredibly proud of the progress shes already made…we’re knuckling down now for the another 8 week block to get her feeling her best for her Big Day👰🏼‍♀️💒

+700 calories +2.7kg but PHYSIQUE looking insane!!!

Nic originally came to me thinking she wanted to lose fat but realistically she was already undereating.

We decided to reverse diet her to get her calories up and work on her body composition.

Her glutes have lifted/grown, her side delts are popping, quads are growing and her waist has come in.

Yet shes now eating over 700 calories more (and we’re hoping to still increase this more) before we go into a deficit.

Shes been training hard 3-4 times a week whilst being a mum & juggling a very busy work/home life.

So PROUD of her for trusting the process. Smashing it!!

Proof that sometimes eating less is NOT going to benefit you.

✨Client Progress✨16 weeks

8 weeks lifting at home🏡 followed by 8 weeks lifting in the gym🏋🏼‍♀️
Eating 600+ more calories a day😁
Increased her protein intake🐟(pescatarian diet)

Training HARD & CONSISTENTLY 4 times a week (2 upper & 2 lower)

Shes up only 3lbs on the scale but as you can see her body composition has improved so much. Lost fat & gained muscle💪🏻
Look at those GLUTES😍

She puts in so much effort and the passion she has found for lifting just reminds me of myself at the beginning of my fitness journey☺️

This client has also been away on holidays, weekends away, had covid but has still made amazing progress because shes passionate and consistent and listens to my advice.

⭐️CLIENT PROGRESS⭐️
Sometimes its hard to see progress yourself. Which is why having a coach, to reassure you can massively help with motivation to keep going🙌🏻

My lovely client has been doubting her progress so I sent her this photo😁and reminded her shes lost-

-5.5 inches from her waist (look at her waist in the photo)🤩
-6 inches from her hips
-4kg on the scales

Shes also gained so much😊shes happier, more motivated, more energised, stronger, has a better mindset towards ‘balance’ and can enjoy a few drinks, a meal out or a few days on holiday with no stressing about it ruining her progress.

This is 10 weeks of living a more balanced lifestyle😍

We’ve worked on increasing her protein intake, staying a bit more active with a step goal, following a 3 day weight training plan in the gym and aiming for a sensible calorie deficit that doesn’t leave her starving.

Shes made me proud and I am sooo excited to see where she is in another 10 weeks🔥😍

Do you need to eat LESS to lose fat?

NOPE!🙌🏻

You just need to make wiser calorie choices…to help you eat in a sensible calorie deficit whilst still enjoying all the foods you love😋

Make some swaps and start paying more attention to the options you choose!

The small changes over time are what help you work towards your goals.

BODY RECOMP in 5 WEEKS - Training from Home🏡 Eating MORE and training progressively💪🏻

When I checked In with this lovely lady today. Her progress blew me away😍

Her scale weight has hardly changed but the difference in her physique is incredible….in only 5 weeks too.

This is a result of her now fuelling her body in the right way. We’ve increased her calorie & protein intake and shes pushing herself hard, following an effective training plan from home.

Her tummy is leaner, her glutes have lifted and her arms & legs are looking stronger and more ‘toned’

Shes now experiencing hunger, which even though previously, she was eating a low calorie intake, she rarely experienced. Shes already mentally🧠and physically stronger, whilst enjoying the process too.

Shes an absolute joy to coach❤️I’m about to give her the next phase of her training plan and I’m excited to see her keep growing☺️
