I’ve had a few messages about the next Wellness Day, so I wanted to share a little update in here 💛

🚨 Today’s the day! 🚨
I’m so excited for the very first session of my Run Club starting at 5:30pm in Pittville Park 🏃♀️✨
It feels amazing to be in a position where I’m able to create a community around exercise, where anyone can come along, get moving, and support each other no matter your fitness level.
This isn’t about covering big distances, and running routes. it’s about giving everyone the chance to build cardiovascular fitness through fun, structured interval work. 💪
I’ve got both PAYG and monthly options available, this group is suitable for anyone to join!
