The face behind MyFit30 ❤️
The photo on the left was taken 3 years ago.
At the time, MyFit30 was already 2 years old. I was busy helping others, building a business, raising my family… but I’d lost my way with my own journey.
The photo on the right is me today.
Not because I’ve “made it” or reached some final destination. Simply because I decided to start putting myself back on the list.
The truth is, coaches struggle too.
I’ve faced divorce, depression, life’s ups and downs, and I’m still working on myself every day.
That’s why I understand how hard it can feel to start.
This isn’t a before and after.
It’s a reminder that progress isn’t perfect, it’s personal.
And 3 years on, I’m still a work in progress too ❤️
