Nick, Managing Director of CGT Lettings & Sales was trailing by 9 seconds until 12pm today when he learned his previous record had been beaten only yesterday.

When it comes to Personal Training it’s about the individual but it’s been fantastic to see these two chaps rip into the Wattbike, early morning, lunchtime and evenings to keep pushing for their next PB.
