Last day diving off to the Karwela st Gozo

Day 4 off out to the Imperial Eagle

A great first days diving followed by Cake and a tour around. Bedtime ready for tomorrow now.

We had a great flight over and got all the kit ready then it was time for food. Having been travelling constantly to Malta since 2012 I’ve done the testing and know the great restaurants which we book months in advance.

We had to build up some energy to start the diving tomorrow, can’t think of a better way

So with Cirkewwa closed for a check dive we got the boat loaded and off to Comino for the Headlands and P31 wreck. 2 hour long dives in warm water and huge viz in readiness for the big one the MV Hephaestus

So 5 of the guys are off to Malta for a week of wreck diving with Seashells diving centre. After a stayover at Gatwick an early 4am start. Lots of pics and stories to follow

That urban myth about the “Scuba Police” well we got pulled last week by the outriders to get over and wait out the way.

After last weekends diving 5 of the club members are packing the kit ready for a week of wreck driving in Malta. It’s not not just diving it’s sight seeing, dining touring the island and not to forget Cake at the Fontella tea garden at Medina.
