As we focus our energy on becoming more of a coached small group training facility - we have made some important changes to note. You may need to check the App ad re-book classes.
Group Sessions are now structured with coaching and development as the number 1 priority.
1) KILO - resistance based workouts that target specific muscle groups each day.
2) HYBRID - A daily workout that focuses on three key areas - Strength, Fitness and Function... all rolled into one. A great mixed workout!
Workouts are written each day on our workout board and shared to our community Facebook group... which means if you miss the workout - you can come in any time that day and take part (Open Use)!
Workouts will often contain challenges and members are encouraged to engage with the rest of the S46 community via the Facebook group.
We've pushed on with The Youth Fitness Academy and now
Monday - Thursday 16:00-18:00
Friday 16:00 - 17:00 and
Saturday 10:00-12:00
is now exclusively for u16's group workouts and individual training.
Although membership entitles open use - it also creates specific slots that are not usable by 16+.
Children will follow the pre set KILO or HYBRID 'Workout of the Day' with appropriate modifications based on age. These slots are entirely supervised and coached.
We have really appreciated the feedback around 'styles of classes' recently and are confident that you will achieve amazing results due to our change of direction.
