The more we teach and the more we work with people, the more we share our energy…
It’s so important to take time out and to preserve energy for ourselves so we can carry on sharing our practices and be fully present in the work we do being the best version of ourselves.
That means, for me, that I like to spend a lot of time on my own when I’m off work. If you recognise this feeling, share with me your thoughts…
When life is so hectic and noisy, I love and treasure silence when I’m at home. I unwind by taking myself out for drives but most of all find peace at the ocean.
Water heals, water cleans, water rejuvenates, water energises, water provides nutrients and oxygen, water gets rid of waste, and water connects organs and body.
What do you do to look after number ONE!?
Wishing you a great weekend! ♥️

On this special Sunday we focus on July’s full moon 🌕 energy…
Learning to breathe cooling breaths, this especially will be so helpful to get you through hot summer days. Moving the body through Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) with a more introspective practice will help to release some stresses of life. Calming the mind through mantra meditation will help to make space to set your intention of what’s to come…
See you soon on this special Sunday morning! 🌅

Sunny is an advanced international yoga teacher and founder of Sunny Devi Yoga based at The Isbourne Wellbeing Centre in Cheltenham where she is an affiliated tutor and educator for mental health and wellbeing.
Through her own experiences as a student and as a senior teacher with the Shantiseva Yoga Institute in Whistler Canada — she’s able to share her wealth of knowledge, deep wisdom of yoga, yoga philosophy, and yoga therapy with her local students and other communities.
Teaching well established classes, workshops and retreats — Ashtanga, Shantiseva Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Breathwork will bring to our attention that yoga is much more than just a physical exercise.
Sunny’s focus is to practice yoga for finding freedom in body and mind, connecting our personal intention through movement and breath on the mat as well as off the mat. This will lead to awareness how we can live a peaceful and fulfilling life with ourselves and also with others around us.
Classes are held in a safe and supportive environment where the teachings are an offering and an invitation to all students : may you be a curious novice or an advanced student.
Sunny warmly welcomes you to simply start your own Yoga journey ….
🤍
“It is important to me that we work towards a healthy and happy whole well-being, which means the practice benefits the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual body.”
