Currently planning the new terms and how I can make best use of the spaces I have - and my time obviously đ
Beginners and Progression!!
I will be doing a 2 in 1 class (it works as this is what I do for my rehab groups) with âbeginner/easierâ exercises and a âprogression groupâ (harder!) you can choose which you want to do!
When and where!
Wednesday 6pm Northway hub
Thursday 11.30am The Fitness Studio, Bishops Cleeve
If I get enough people I will be adding another class on a Monday evening
Pay as you go ÂŁ6.50 with a 1 off ÂŁ10 joining fee - block of 8 ÂŁ50 no joining fee!
The structure of the class will be
*weigh in
*30/40 mins exercise (warm up and cool down)
* 10 mins of nutrition and lifestyle motivation
Plus for those that want it there will be a 30 minute zoom class with chat about nutrition and lifestyle change on a Monday evening included in your membership
Itâs an 8 week rolling programme - what could you achieve in 8 weeks

Looks like I make people work against walls - or theyâre so scared they back away from me!!
Iâm not scary at all - honest!!
These are my Wednesday 6pm at Northway Hub Tewkesbury and Thursday 11.30 at the Fitness Studio Bishops Cleeve - spaces available!
Classes are weight loss inspired - so the exercise you do is about building (toning) lean muscle and increasing your âafterburnâ so you keep burning calories when youâre watching TV!
Weight loss is a few simple rules - decreasing your carb intake from simple sugars, increasing protein intake - and of course increasing your weekly exercise - easy!
Well weight loss isnât easy is it? I am determined that you will be successful when you train with me - Iâve even introduced an agreement for you to sign to say that you will lose weight (I know who wouldâve thought that! đ) Iâm currently thinking I might offer some money back if you lose a stone in 8 weeks but that might be silly - because of course you will!! đ
You can just exercise if you like - follow your own diet and Iâll never mention it! đ
I am also offering âweigh and goâ until Easter just ÂŁ5 - pop in, weigh then go! You will need the info on the eating plan for this and I do need food diaries each week!
You can pay as you go until Easter if you like but please message me to let me know youâre coming!
