The September First Aid course is now fully booked. We are running a small waitlist so please let us know if you’re still interested and we will add you to it.
It’s certainly proven to be quite popular and filled more quickly than we’d expected so if you’ve missed out but would still like a course, please let us know as we may consider adding a second date.

An exciting change this week at Cheltenham Pilates - if you’ve been in, you’ve probably noticed that the Cadillac has been moved upstairs to the main studio.
We’re really proud to be a full equipment studio and able to offer Pilates across the entire Method. With the amazing ceiling height that we have available we are now able to offer the entire Cadillac repertoire .
Many of our instructors are trained on the Cadillac so are able to incorporate Tower / Cadi as part of our semi private equipment groups, and are also available for private sessions too.
Current semi private equipment classes (max 4 people)
Mondays @ 7.05pm with Meg
Fridays @ 8.30am with Emilie
£29 a session
We are looking to add more of these sessions to the timetable. Which days / times would you like to see available?
