The tenth anniversary year of doing Ride2Rugby for kelan and .sweeney but our eigth actual trip as Covid carnaged two years .
This years returning teammates Olan Hodnett, Josh Ashwin, Rob Berry along with David Jones and we welcome back after a five year hiatus David Jonesy Jones and his good friend and winning his first cap - .The support crew is headed by the ever dependable and he will be accompanied by another first timer Steve McCarthy.

This year, we are supporting the – a cause that is very close to the heart of David Jonesy Jones and his family. You can read their story on our GoFundMe saved in highlights above .
This is event is self funded to ensure 100% of your donations go directly to the charity . Each team member has taken time out of their busy lives again and we’re so grateful!

Just over a week since the team set off on their three day , sixth annual charity ride, from Cheltenham to Dublin !

The pennies & pounds are in and they have once again smashed their goal!

This is a self funded charity cycle all funds raised go directly to their charity - this year that is . Helping to prevent the causes and reduce the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion.

The team for 2024 includes the original pair Kelan Loughnane and Rory Sweeney, who are joined by returning teammates Adam Teakle, Rob Berry, and David Jones. Post his solo run to the England game last year we are delighted to have Chris Burford back on the team and post injury Olan Hodnett returns. The support team is headed by the ever-dependable John Loughnane and he was accompanied by Pascal Finn who is returning for his second cap after a memorable debut in 2023.

It’s that time of year again where Kelan and crew cycle from Cheltenham to Dublin to raise money for charity .

This years chosen charity is . So proud of them all to be giving up their time and taking on this epic cycle every year .

I lost my beautiful mother at the age of 50 to dementia so this charity is very close to all of our hearts .
