I π Running. It's clears my head, gives me a full body workout and generally makes me feel good.π Running gets a lot stick in media and for some people its not the right form of exercise. Bit for those that can I would suggest doing it. - easy to transport if needed
- put whatever topping on that you like
- slow burning energy to keep you going for longer
3tbsp of Greek yogurt

Sorry happy with my self. I hate working out in the morning. I feel weak and lethargic and worry that I won't havev a good session.
However this morning was different. I was in a different mindset and managed a cheeky 35min workout.
Remember it what you do that counts not how long. If you want to workout for an hour great but don't feel guilty if its 15 mins/30mins. It's more than what you wouldve done sat on your bum watching tv or having an extra hour in bed
Remember - Move more πββοΈ

Harissa chicken salad ππ
So simple yet yummy
Cook a fresh chicken breast in harissa paste
Salad
- hand ful spinach
- 1 salad tomato π
- 1/2 pepper
- 4 mushroomsπ
- few slicea of courgette π₯
- handful mangetout
- cm thick chunk of Feta.π§
Throw it all together and wala summer in a bowl! Just what you need after a run in the sun.

Some people think spending hours in the gym will help them hit their goals. This can lead to over loads and injury. π€
I aim for 30 -40mins per session and at the moment im trying to hit all body parts in one session to kick start cycle 1. ππ΄

All I need for a saturday.
Poached eggs, vegetables and avocado for lunch with apple and peanut butter followed by a 30 min circuit/hiit session in the gym. ππ
Im trying to utilise my weekends and get an extra session in at the gym. It was great. 10 people in the gym and plenty of space to jump around ππ

7 weeks ago my client began her journey and my god she has come a long way. πͺ
It would be fair to say she didnt have much experience working out or going to the gym. We started with body weight workouts and she struggled with the dreaded plank.
Today she is smashing and increasing her weights and completed 3 set of 30 seconds planks ( along with 3 other ab excercises) which is AMAZING!!! πππ
This is what progress you can make with a little bit of dedication and training 2-3 days a week.
My client is just like you and me. Works a full time job, has a life at the weekend and is planning her wedding. Shes a very busy lady and could quite easily chill out on her sofa in the evenings, but instead she gets herself to training every week and is always asking about what's the right things to eat.
This is what I love about training people. Seeing people grow, watching them (secretly) enjoy it and hit their goals! ππ
Cant wait to see where the next 4 weeks will take us. Next time your struggling or need a reason to start, think! What could you do in 7 weeks!?!?!
