NEW Hydrohex Virtual Aqua Classes launch at Leisure at Cheltenham from Mon 27 July!

We're excited to introduce three new Hydrohex virtual sessions to our weekly timetable:

Hydrohex POWER: 2.45pm-3.30pm (Mon)
Hydrohex MOVE: 1.30pm-2.15pm (Wed)
Hydrohex CARDIO: 8.15am-9am (Sun)

These sessions will run alongside our existing instructor-led Aqua classes, giving you even more opportunities to enjoy the benefits of Aqua throughout the week.

Last week, Edward, Aquatics Manager at Leisure at Cheltenham, visited Leckhampton High School to talk to students about the importance of water safety.

As we head into the summer holidays, children often have increased exposure to water, making water safety awareness more important than ever. We believe these vital messages should be shared not only through our swimming lessons, but also directly within local schools and communities.
