Owner and Head Coach, Tunde Okunniwa, began his competitive sports career in Basketball at the age of 15 and by 19 Tunde was offered a scholarship to play for American college. As a professional college basketball player in America Tunde developed a passion for functional fitness training and arrived home to discover the Crossfit community, where he has spent the last four years building a profile across the globe.
