Hello!!! I'm back!
After a months holiday in September to Scotland and a couple of weeks trying to get back into some sort of routine!!
Kicking off with a class TOMORROW! 1800 HIIT
Not around the week after but will get some more scheduled in ASAP!

Foodie post!
How I get extra protein in my diet. Eating pesci (most of the time đ) means I do struggle to hit my protein goal.
I have a protein shake on days I've been training and mix it with some high protein soya. Adding fresh fruit and blending it up makes it super yummy and a bit more filling too.
If you don't like protein shakes then give the clear whey a try. It literally tastes like squash! Not a big fan of the mango coconut one but the raspberry and cranberry is nice. Juno says otherwise mind.
Just be careful when using supplements. They are just that - supplements - not meal replacements. Use them to compliment your existing diet.
Edit: Whey is obviously not pesci or veggie but the vegan one tastes đ¤˘. I pick and choose my battles!
