Just wanted to let you know about my Personal Training sessions and classes taking place in Gloucestershire (Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury areas). 💪🏻
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 26 years, a Physical Therapist, Masseur, Pilates Instructor and in the last year a Yoga instructor. 🙏🏻
I have worked in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. But have also volunteered teaching English in Gambia to children. I spend my spare time raising money for charities and looking after old people, walking dogs and doing their shopping. 🛍️
2023 was a rollercoaster ride: I was feeling and riding the many lows and highs. Raising money for Charities by climbing Kilimanjaro and cycling miles in the desert to Petra 🐫
I raised over £1000 for Eating Disorder and Sexual abuse charities along with some local worthy charities ❤️🙏🏻
Working the festivals and living in a tent during the summer (12 in total) and serving awesome vegan chicken 😋🌱
Finding my late dad’s bike was stolen from a bike rack in Leckhampton and then my CamperVan was taken too were not fun experiences for the end of the year. 🥺
Not for sympathy, but for authenticity. I have been quiet for quite some time and here's why.
2023 I was very mentally and physically ill. Very ill. This is the part of people struggling with depression daily, that you don't see because we live in a world of pretend and people don't want to see utter despair and breakdowns on a daily basis, the truth is, living in pain is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
Having my gym and studio cruelly taken away from me by Up and Running really knocked me down: not meeting and helping people and being useful really affects me. ❤️🩹 I guess I just miss my old life……
I try to keep myself positive and be kind to everyone I meet: making my little one laugh too make the hard days easier.

Regular physical activity in life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people. 👨🏼🦳👩🏻🦳👵🏻🧓🏻👴🏻
If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry. The classes will focus on gentle exercises to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace. If you’re used to regular physical activity, exercises can be tailored to be more strenuous.
The gentle exercises are great for improving your posture and balance, and are suitable for people with reduced mobility 🦽

The Cheltenham classes are starting in March:

All these classes are designed for older adults to maintain or improve Fitness, Strength, Power and Balance. Some classes are predominately seated for those who find standing difficult. Some classes are mixed where participants can choose whether to stand or sit. We also cater for those who want a more challenging workout with our higher level classes including 50 plus circuit
