Stimulus, RECOVERY!!, Adaptation.
It's that simple.
Recovery is the Most important aspect of this cycle.

Training for 2+ hrs or doing multiple hard sessions a day, are you in a calorie deficiet
And thinking why your performance is dropping and you feel like s**t?

Your recovery capabilitys should govern how much stimulus you provide the body.

You do not grow in the gym! You grow when you rest and recover.

If you don't warmup before your main session you should probably take a look at yourself! A warmup including some mobility relevant to the exercises you are about to do, something to get the heart rate up, and always start the exercise with the unloaded bar πŸ™„ to many times I see people thinking they are hard warming up with a plate either side! No matter how strong you are start with the bar!!

First Time in about 2 years since ive been squatting pain free these felt great today!😊

Back pain can not only debilitating physicaly but also mentaly ,not being able to get into your car without pain let alone anything else can make you feel like a old man and that for me really knocked my confidence.

The road back to this point for me has been a long one, sometimes I thought I would never back squat without pain again and I avoided them for a long time but the time and effort I put in to all the rehab exercises I did has paid off finalyπŸ‘

Dont take yourselves so serious all the times guys have some fun and chill out! I don't mean be lazy but enjoy the process :) after all if all we looked forward to in life was the end destination (death sorry folks we all are gonna die ) then we wouldn't enjoy our lives along the way :)
