❗️AW Equestrian Policies ❗️
Before booking, please take a moment to read through my policies:

• Invoices are due 10 days after it has been sent to the client, if extra time is needed I’m happy to accommodate this wherever possible. If the 10 days have passed, I will send a reminder on the 10th day.
If the payment has not been received after the 10 days and reminder, a £5-per-day late fee will be added to the invoice for each day afterwards.

• If a client needs to cancel their booking, they must do so more than 48 hours before their booking arranged start time. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking, a 15% of the booking slot total fee is incurred.
Unfortunately it’s difficult for me to fill these slots at such short notice.
Thank you for understanding🫶🏻
