1 week of no exercise and ASICS found that there was a reduction in confidence and calmness levels by 20% as well as a 23% increase in racing thoughts! I love smoothie bowls … maybe even more than regular smoothies! For some reason they seem much more filling, and they might even be easier to make.
That’s because you can vary the toppings a little more without putting them through the blender. Also, you can add some crunch, which is always a good thing in my book.
Here’s a beautiful green smoothie bowl for you to try!
After you’ve blended it up, add your favourite toppings: vegan granola, nuts, fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, goji berries, etc.
Green Smoothie Bowl
(Makes 1 serving)
60 g spinach
1 frozen banana
125 ml unsweetened non-dairy milk
½ avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
Ice (optional)
Toppings of your choice
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth. If you want a thicker consistency, add ice.
Pour into bowl and add your fav toppings: fresh fruit and pecans work great!

Are you perimenopausal, menopausal or post menopausal?
I speak to so many women who sadly resign themselves to thinking they can’t loose weight once they hit that menopausal age.
It is can definitely be slower progress for some, but it is absolutely possible and are members are testament to that.
We have helped so many menopausal women go from weight-gain or weight plateaus, to smashing their goals, feeling energised, fit and strong again. It’s amazing to see ☺️
Sarah who’s stats you can see below, is 51 and think’s she may be peri-menopausal at the moment. She has had fantastic progress in just 8 week, losing 4 kgs and a grand total of 32.5cms!!!
This was done with 4-5 workouts per week (only 30-45mins each) and making some small, manageable changes to what she was eating. No faddy diets, juice cleanses or anything crazy.
I know it can be tough if you feel like you’ve tried EVERYTHING and nothing works long-term but don’t give up. We have a long-term solution to help you get progress that STICKS.

Alice is a busy mum of 2
Alice joined us because she wanted to get back in shape after her second baby, ready for her wedding 💍👰🏼
She joined our 6 week challenge and did amazingly, she loved the ease of joining classes from home without worrying about childcare and saw a big improvement in her health, strength and fitness. She also noticed it was easier to manager her stress levels and her confidence sky rocketed 🚀
