Be kind to yourself!
Module 3 of the Ayurvedic Health Coach course finished yesterday, Day 4 looked at Rasayana - keeping ourselves alive, healthy and happy as well as Prana, Ojas and Tejas. Day 5 looking at coaching and consulting with our clients and creating treatment plans. Next steps are completing the homework set and finding 4 clients to practice on - more about that in due course. With Jenny Buckley and Karan Walsh of Yoga Therapy Cheltenham
Day 3 - yesterday we assessed a case study individually and then in groups - we were looking for small lifestyle changes our client could make to improve her health. With Jenny Buckley and Karan Walsh of Yoga Therapy Cheltenham
Day 2 yesterday - we looked at the 7 dhatus (tissues such as blood, muscles, fat and bones)and the impact of the body of imbalances. It's all about bringing balance to the body so it can get on with what it's designed to do.

Today we went online for Day 1 on Module 3 of the Ayurvedic Health Coach course - we looked at the Malas (P*e, Poo and Sweat) and the Srotas (the channels in our bodies that carry things like air, nutrients and waste products).
