Pleasure Town - The Last Ride 🥹🫶🏼
Our last Tuesday morning Spin. Again, thank you everyone for making my mornings for the last 3 years. This class has also went from a 1-2-1 to full house every morning. I appreciate everyone getting out of bed this early to sit on a stationary bike trying to go fast. 🤘🏼

The last Learn to Lift I’ll ever do here at 🥹
It’s been a helluva ride growing it from 0-2 people to a big community looking to lift stuff and have fun while doing it.

Today I ego lifted. I figured it will be too much, but did it anyway.
Often times we get a bit too comfortable in our training and forget to push the limits a little (otherwise there isn't much growth).
Next time when you're training, think:
- Could I squeeze an extra rep in there?
- This set was easy, let's add a little more on.
This is why it's great to train with someone or have a PT for a while. The training partner will motivate you and encourage you to push your limits, while they're also there to provide safety for the lifts.
