Saying goodbye to an absolute legend! 💪🏻🥺

After a year of training together, it’s time to say farewell to my amazing client Louisa - strong, fit and turning 60 this year like it’s nothing! She’s been a real inspiration, showing up so consistently, pushing herself to the max every week proving that age really is just a number.

Louisa is moving back to Gran Canaria to be with her family. I’ll miss our Saturday sessions, but I know she’ll continue training hard whenever she goes.

Thank you Louisa - for your hard work, your energy and your trust. Wishing you all the sunshine, strength and happiness in this next chapter ☀️🏋️ ❤️
