Last weeks aim was to train 5 or 6 times ✅ of 5 hours of working out but only did 4.15 hrs 😏
This week (and all of January) is the same goal with a combo of spin, running and strength! 🤞🏻

My dad has made me a step so I can do box jumps etc at home. Love a bit of old school, homemade equipment. Going to ask for a weighted sledge next!

Starting the day with:
100 powerbag lunges
100 weighted v sits
100 plank toe taps
Followed by a pint of lemon water.
25 minutes of exercise before the kids get up and get ready for school/work!

Starting food prep with pearl barley, kale and swede broth with garlic, chilli and ginger. Next is salmon, cod and sweet potato fish cakes with granary breadcrumbs! Snacks next, I'm easily tempted by biscuits etc at work so I need snacks next to me!
