It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Rob Lovett. He died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday.

Rob was a founder of The Exiles and led the group for 25 years, building it into a full organisation as well as working through translations and interpretations to create a complete curriculum.

His influence on ourselves and other HEMA groups cannot be overstated and we raise a glass to him and hope that is he discussing the finer points with Fiore.

The company of exiles will be doing combat displays at Avoncroft Museum this Saturday and Sunday. Come and see us if you're in the area
