Morning FitCamp session in the park

Most of those that attend run, walk, ski or have always been active… but they just realised that strength based fitness training would probably help them feel better and stay injury-free.

That’s exactly what we focus on here, building strength in a way that supports the rest of life.

February FitCamp Reset is a low-commitment way to return to proper strength & fitness training, without pressure, or a long-term sign-up.

FitCamp is:
- small group, properly coached strength & fitness training
- designed specifically for women over 45
- held outdoors and in a local hall (not a commercial gym)
- focused on progressive strength training, not random classes
- supportive of energy, recovery, and long-term health
February is simply about showing up, rebuilding momentum, and seeing how it feels.

You can train for February only:
£49 — up to 2 sessions per week
£75 — unlimited sessions
