We’re very excited to announce that on Saturday we’ll be leading a yoga class to get you ready for WOMAD at home festival! 🎉

We’re regular WOMAD goers and in the past couple of years we’ve been teaching morning yoga classes at stage. We’re so happy to be able to experience another (yet very different) WOMAD with you!

The beauty of Acroyoga is that it forces you to be in the present, the more you connect with with yourself and your partner the better your practice is going to be. And when I say better I don’t mean prettier, I mean more enjoyable and satisfying, just like on this photo. It is not the best looking version of our flying pashimotanasana but if you look at our eyes and faces you’ll see a beautiful connection there

It’s a new week and new beginning, every Monday I spend some time to plan my week ahead and part of this planning is making affirmations, a very powerful tool to guide me through the days ahead and remind me that I’ve got the power to choose how I feel and how I react to things happening around me
