🚨 MATCH ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

After much deliberation, it is with great regret that CWA Heavyweight Champion Palmer will not be medically cleared to compete at our next event, FALL OF MAN, due to backstage attacks on himself and Ryan Stevens. Therefore, it is with great regret that he will have to relinquish his championship.

We had promised our fans a triple threat championship match, and you will get it. At FALL OF MAN on July 18th, it will be the surviving Number 1 Contender, Eric Myers, taking on the Steel Plated Savage, Logan Blackmore, and the Heritage City Hitman, David Eton, for the vacant CWA Heavyweight Championship.

All three men are main event talent with a lot to prove, but with the added threat from these attacks, the threat in triple threat seems to only be amplified. Eric Myers has stated he will not allow these attacks to falter his pursuit for the Heavyweight Championship, but with the calculating mind of Eton and the overwhelming power of Logan Blackmore, he will have a lot to overcome if he wants to become champion.

⚠️MATCH CHANGE⚠️

Due to recent developments, plans have changed.

At our last show, MARCH MADNESS, we held a match between Ryan Stevens and Eric Myers of GL2. This was to determine the #1 contender for the CWA Heavyweight Championship held by PALMER. This match ended in a draw, and so it was declared that PALMER would defend his championship against both Ryan Stevens and Eric Myers in a triple threat match at our upcoming event FALL OF MAN.

Unfortunately, due to backstage assaults by unknown assailants, two of the individuals, PALMER and Ryan Stevens, have been not medically cleared to compete on the show.

We at Cheltenham Wrestling Alliance are undergoing investigations into these attacks, and Eric Myers has been recommended to not attend any CWA events until FALL OF MAN for his own safety.

More information to come on the situation of our main event for FALL OF MAN show on July 18th next week, and our best wishes on a full recovery go to Ryan Stevens and PALMER.

⚠️ EXHIBITION SINGLES MATCH – FALL OF MAN 2026 ⚠️

As the world teeters on the edge and chaos looms over Cheltenham, one of CWA’s brightest young stars faces his greatest challenge yet. The resilient Jacob Williams has earned the respect of the fans through sheer determination and heart, but on July 18th he steps into the ring against the towering 6’3” bully, James “Always” Wright. Jacob won’t be walking into the wasteland alone. Standing in his corner will be TC Brown and tag-team partner Luke Hunter, both firmly behind the young wrestler’s never-say-die attitude. James doesn’t come alone either, as lurking in his corner is the ever-scheming Kurt Healey, whose financial investment in James Wright’s success has seen underhanded tactics and bullying become all too common in his matches. Following the announcement of our FALL OF MAN British professional wrestling event on July 18th, we have a lot of surprises in store. But one that may come as no shock after our last event MARCH MADNESS is the developing hatred between Ya Mum’s Favourite Wrestler KENZO and The Arch-Angel!

After an impressive upset victory by KENZO, The Arch Angel attacked him immediately after the bell had rang, and showed his unrelenting fury and aggression when the rules weren’t there to be enforced. Dragging him backstage, the assault continued in the back, and personnel were quick to respond and separate the two.

After KENZO consulted with CWA officials, we feel confident that a simple rematch isn’t sufficient, and so feel it only necessary to have them compete in our first ever Last Man Standing Match! With the rule book out the window, this test of endurance will see brutality beyond measure, and grit and resolve pushed to the limit!
