So anybody who has trained with me knows how much I love to squat. It's a brilliant exercise and all of my clients squat. And anybody who has trained with me also knows how much I go on about your squat technique! So here I am Practicing what I preach and getting on my own case about my squat technique.
Filmed my sets this week so that I could actually see what's happening and see where I can improve.
Here is my final single on 190kg from Saturday's squat session. Kept the weight a bit lighter than normal as I am working on keeping my knees in line and not letting them kick in.
Hopefully this year brings a bigger squat than last year!
