15 KB Swings followed by 10 burpees
Rest remainder of minute
Complete 10 rounds
Followed by :
50 KB squat high pulls
50 Leg extensions
50 Russian Deadlifts

What a beautiful morning!
Tough session with my good friend Cons this evening. In preparation for the new season. Working with the bungee cord, battle ropes and some burpees thrown in the mix!
Well done to all that took part in this mornings circuit class. Great effort!!
Looking to get in shape for the summer...3 classes to help get you on your way. Monday - Core class, Tuesday - H.I.I.T and Friday - Circuits. All classes are £2.50 each and take place 9:30am @ The Greig - Alcester.
A few exercises I'm working on to strengthen my core on the TRX.
A good piece of equipment to test yourself on.
