We are running an outdoor circuit session tomorrow morning at 9am. We will be taking safety seriously so if you think you are vulnerable to this pesky virus, please give it a miss.

Panic mode has set in a touch but I honestly think that the vast majority of people are seeing this as a time to pull together. It's an opportunity to help others and watch how kind humanity can be.

If you have bought every last toilet roll in the shop, be sure to give some away to your neighbour who has none. If your friend is struggling to get to the shops because of illness, take them over some left over food. Talk to your friends and family, reconnect with old friends. Slow down and appreciate what you have got.

For once we can use social media to help rather than to gloat or fake happiness. Take this opportunity to help others and reassess what is actually important.

Most importantly, carry on, do so carefully and mindfully but try and embrace the love of others and help those in need.
