Losing weight is great, dropping clothes sizes is amazing BUT feeling mentally & physically STRONG, is priceless π
More than just a gym, more than just a session π
This is what we do between sets ππ
For most of us we end up overthinking our training routines, nutrition, goals and everything in between.
Try not to over complicate things.
Sometimes doing small bits each day can improve your mindset and lead onto bigger and better things.
We know that we all have good intentions - but buying the latest training shoes or newest fitness toy isn't going to automatically get you to the next level.
Taking small steps in the right direction for a long period of time will.
So don't overcomplicate, make it simple.
