If you've been meaning to do something for yourself but keep putting it off, this might be the one.

I'm running a breathwork session on Wednesday 17th June at The Old School in Tidenham, 90 minutes, small group, completely beginner friendly.

It's not about performance or getting it right. It's a slow, safe space to learn a bit about your nervous system and just... breathe.

£20 to book. Drop me a message or click the link to grab your spot.

Another weekly round up from the camera roll. This weeks been a productive one and I notice a significant lack of nature (thanks rain!)… must add more nature this week:

- post run 🍅 running is feeling much better
- quotes I shared
- I’ve been tracking my protein intake this week, supporting recovery as training is intensifying and also so I can show my clients and you guys…. It’s doable when you complain 😂
- Ate a lot of Greek yoghurt 😂
- notes for our Shelly up in heaven 🐾🩷
- welcomed a lovely new client to our community who I can’t wait to work with 🚀
- Back rehab with the laundry obvs
- Clients back from hols and feeling ready and supported
- Balance 🍷
- The girl gang support squad
- well done for an epic half IM 👊

We also started a new Pilates term this week but I took zero pics lol 🧘‍♀️

Monday…. Let’s see you now 🔥

Most of the women I speak to think they aren’t doing enough.

They’re trying to show up, putting the effort in occasionally, doing everything they’ve been told to do. Or at least thinking they should be doing it if they aren’t.

And their bodies still aren’t responding.

That’s not a willpower problem. That’s a foundations problem.

When your nutrition is off, your sleep is broken, or your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, your body is not in a state where fat loss feels safe. It will hold on. That’s what it’s designed to do… Women’s bodies were built for survival!

This is why the Capacity Reset starts where it does. Not with more exercise. With the conditions your body actually needs to change.

If this sounds familiar, my link is in my bio.

Okay… I’m going to be slightly annoying one final time before voting closes tomorrow (Tuesday 26th) at 1pm 😂

I’m currently just 1% behind in the Muddy Stilettos Awards for Best Wellbeing Specialist and honestly, as a small local business, that feels pretty huge.

This business has been built from classes, conversations, word of mouth, community support, people sharing posts, bringing friends along, trusting me to support them and cheering me on from the sidelines… so I thought it was worth asking one last time.

If you’ve ever been to a class, workshop or event, followed my content, worked with me, or just wanted to support a small local business, I’d be so grateful for your vote.

The awards are purely based on vote numbers now, so every single one really does count.

You just need to verify it via email afterwards.

Thank you so much for all the support already. Genuinely. It means a lot.

We need more people willing to fail in public.

Because when we watch someone try and not get it right, something in us quietly shifts.

The story we’ve been telling ourselves, that everyone else has it figured out

Starts to loosen.

We’ve been trained since we were seven to avoid failure.

To move in the direction of what success is supposed to look like.

To get it right, to be enough, to keep going.

But failure is vulnerability. And vulnerability is a beginning.

When someone fails in public, they show the rest of us there is another way.

The Capacity Reset is for women in the middle of this awakening.

Photos from Gemma Kelly Wellness's post 21/05/2026

This week I woke up tired from just waking up.

My brain felt like I wanted to take it out of my head and run it under a tap.

So I went for a walk and I cried (a lot)

And somewhere in the middle of that walk something became really clear to me.

That same week people kept telling me how busy I was, how much I was doing.

Like it was something to aspire to.

And I found myself wondering when we started wearing exhaustion like a badge of honour.

I see this in so many women I work with inside the Capacity Reset. Highly capable, deeply caring, brilliant at carrying their own discomfort. And absolutely exhausted.

And what I’ve come to understand is:

Over-giving isn’t just about doing too much.
It’s about what we do instead of stopping.
Instead of feeling.
Instead of listening to the body that’s been trying to get our attention for months.

And I also know this.

When you’ve already built a life around the giving,
the idea of stopping feels like a threat.

Like if you just remove one card from the deck, everything falls.

So you hold. And you hold. And you keep going because the system demands it.

But there’s a difference between carrying it all and disappearing inside it.

You don’t have to dismantle anything today.

You just have to notice.

Start with one breath. Feel what’s actually there.

That’s enough.

Save this for the moment you need reminding. And if it landed, drop an emoji in the comments that describes where you are right now. 🌿
